Abstract: Domestic workers are a vital part of our social life being a status symbol. The matter to ponder over is that domestic employees don’t have prescribed rights and there are no rules and regulations about their working hours and wages people try to take more and more advantage out of them and pay the least. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in his last address has emphasized a lot about the rights of slaves which are the domestic employees in this era.

Abstract: This study aimed to govern the effects of motivational factors on the performance of college girl athletes. Regardless of the various health advantages, young ladies’ dynamic effort levels have over and again been seen to be lower than guys. Further demographic variables could impact sports interest. The objective of this study was to find out what provokes female understudies to take part in sports. This was a causal-similar cross-sectional overview. Fitness, ability/dominance, delight, alliance/acknowledgment, group factors, inner self/rivalry, parental help, and superficial prizes were completely researched. The 35-thing Modified Sports Motivation Survey was utilized to study female university competitors (N=86) from two Govt. Girls Colleges of Peshawar. The outcomes showed that all standards meant a lot to members, with significant contrasts in the persuasive part of wellness found by qualification. Although this study is one of the most systematic to date as far as investigating the multi-layered and complex cooperation of motivational factors that affect female college sports support in Pakistan, more investigation is projected to all the more likely to figure out physical activity adherence into adulthood.

Abstract: This paper seeks to investigate the effects and contributions of strategic human resource management on organizational performance. This study is considered beneficial because the effective impact and contribution of SHRM could enable banks or organizations to improve their products, services and customer satisfaction using the primary and secondary methods of inquiry, the researcher collected the data from Zenith bank Warri Delta. The study adopted a simple random sampling technique to give a true position of the phenomenon under investigation. The findings of the study suggest that banks in Warri Delta state acknowledge the importance of strategic human resource management by a high percentage.
